CCS Facility Services is a prominent provider of integrated facility services dedicated to delivering top-notch solutions to our clients. We are in search of a talented Bilingual Human Resources Manager with proficiency in Spanish and English, along with hands-on experience in workers' compensation processes, to join our team.

Position Summary: As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing human resources functions. This position requires effective bilingual communication skills and practical experience in Human Resource processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal regulations regarding workers' compensation.
  • Work on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and policies.
  • Provide guidance and support in handling employee relations matters.
  • Collaborate with management to address and resolve workers' compensation-related issues.
  • Assist in the development of strategies to minimize workplace injuries and improve overall employee safety.
  • Collaborate with employees, supervisors, and external partners to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll and other personal files.
  • Act as a bridge between Spanish-speaking employees and the HR department, facilitating effective communication.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.
  • Proven experience in managing workers' compensation processes.
  • Familiarity with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Pay Range: $80,000 - $90,000 DOE
