Night Area Manager

CCS Facility Services is seeking a quality Day Service Manager to add to our team. We are looking for someone with previous experience managing a team of 30 or more people. This position provides oversight of all janitorial staff across multiple sites within a geographic location. This is a daytime position, however, flexibility will be essential.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the delivery of services at multiple accounts.
• Management of employees at multiple job sites to maintain the highest possible standards.
• Supervises the training and performance of janitors ensuring they possess adequate knowledge and understanding of company rules, security procedures, client specifications and proper chemical usage.
• Ensures that all assigned accounts are properly stocked with supplies. Submits supply order requests as needed.
• Inspects cleanliness of job sites for completion of work and takes corrective action where necessary; Performs duties of workers supervised when needed.
• Completes work tickets assigned.
• Monitors employee time sheets and ensures accurate employee punches.
• Communicates effectively with janitorial staff.
• Attends mandatory staff meetings.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish/English
• Valid Arizona driver's license
• 2 years of relevant janitorial and supervisory experience
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain fingerprint clearance card
• Must have a flexible schedule and availability to workdays, evenings, and weekends when needed.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must be able to take direction, to work with minimal supervision and to function cooperatively as part of a team
• Requires attention to detail, pride in delivering excellent service, organization and high levels of energy and endurance
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and achieve effective time management
• Ability to work under pressure and meet established goals and objectives
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
